‘On Air’ is an upcoming thriller headlined by Sandalwood actor MG Srinivas aka Srini in the lead. Known for the 'Birbal' trilogy films and the comedy caper 'Old Monk', Srini is a talented actor and filmmaker himself.
Director Prashant Sagar today said that his movie is going to offer an enriching experience. "When Srini becomes a Radio Jockey, his life undergoes a transformation. The RJ receives a phone call that changes his life forever," the director says, adding that 'On Air' is out of the box and rich in content.
It seems the film is also an original, atmospheric thriller on one level. More details of its theatrical release are awaited.
Shot in Hyderabad in 35 days, the film is backed by Raghuveer GoriParthi and Srujan Yarabolu of S Originals. 'On Air' is scripted by Suma Karthikeya. Sriram Maddury has composed the music.
