'Modern Love: Hyderabad', an anthology, will premiere on Amazon Prime Video from July 8. Its teaser is a perfect glimpse.
Themes such as self-discovery and healing have been dealt with in the anthology, which comprises six stories (directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, Venkatesh Maha, Devika Bahudhanam, and Uday Gurrala).
The titles of the different segments are interesting: 'My Unlikely Pandemic Dream Partner', 'What Clown Wrote This Script', and 'Finding Your Penguin', to name three of them.
From seasoned names like Revathy and Suhasini Maniratnam, from Nitya Menen to Ritu Varma, from Aadhi Pinisetty to Bigg Boss title winner Abijeet Duddala, from Naresh Agastya to Komalee Prasad, the anthology features many.
Talking about the anthology, the streaming giant today stated, "Taken as a whole, the series runs the whole gamut of various forms of love in the modern era. Similarly, each story has its own individual setting, a section of the city of Hyderabad, appropriate to the themes and motifs of that particular episode."
