There is going to be the third edition of 'Baahubali'. This has been confirmed by SS Rajamouli himself. Producer Shobu Yarlagadda, who bankrolled the 'Baahubali' movies of 2015 and 2017, is already working on this front.
Speaking with a YouTube channel the other day, the 'RRR' director said only this much: "There are multiple things happening already. We are restoring different parallels. It will take some time. But there will surely be some very very exciting news coming out."
Considering that the second edition is titled 'The Conclusion', the talk of third edition is a huge surprise. What happens after concluding the story? Is it going to be an extension, or will 'Baahubali 3' be a spiritual sequel and not a literal sequel? Who are going to headline it? Will it be made with Prabhas, who is already busy with a handful of projects?
Rajamouli is scheduled to team up with Mahesh Babu after 'RRR'. So, 'Baahubali 3', whenever it happens, is going to take time.
