'Brahmastra', the multi-lingual pan-India project being made by Bollywood talent, stars Ranbir Kapoor as Shiva. Co-starring Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni, the film will hit the cinemas on September 9 this year.
The news is that the Ayan Mukerji directorial has completed its production works. The wrap happened in Kashi, the holy town. As quoted by Bollywood media, the director said, "Five years since we took our first shot on Brahmastra, and we have finally filmed our last one."
The film is going to have two more parts.
Fox Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures are jointly producing the three-part trilogy, the first of which will head to the theatres in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
