A Tamil media house has brought out a baseless report stating that SS Rajamouli has made 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' because the BJP wanted him to make it. In a sensational claim, the report suggests that BJP is forcing several filmmakers in the country to make films that propagate its ideology.
The saffron party, as per the deeply speculative report, recently asked director Shankar to make a film revolving around Hindu-Muslim issues. The ruling party is also pressuring the 'Indian 2' maker by threatening him with ED raids, apparently!
The report sounds funny and bizarre, to say the least. Its narrative reminds one of what KTR recently said. The TRS leader alleged that Prabhas 'Adipurush', the recent 'The Kashmir Files' and several other films are indirectly sponsored by BJP.
Barring a few, not many would buy into such wild claims and conspiracy theories. 'RRR' was a pakka commercial film that was organically conceived by Vijayendra Prasad and Rajamouli. How can any political party make a director come up with such big-scale ideas? What is so saffron about 'RRR' anyways?
