By now, everything conceivably critical that can be said about 'Laal Singh Chaddha' has already been said. Netizens have written off the film as an unnecessary remake. They have trolled Aamir Khan's repetitive expressions (he has already used them in 'PK' and 'Dhoom 3'). Many have said that they will catch 'Forrest Gump' the nth time instead of watching its "cheap" Bollywood adaptation.
But the grand hope of Indian cinema has endorsed it. SS Rajamouli on Tuesday took to Twitter and described 'LSC' as a soulful movie. "Aamir is coming back after 4 years with a soulful film. Loved the trailer of 'Laal Singh Chaddha'," the 'RRR' maker tweeted.
The filmmaker even added that Aamir is rocking it like he always does. "Can’t wait to watch this one in theatres… My best wishes to the entire team," Rajamouli wrote.
When the film hits the cinemas on August 11, we will know who is correct: Critics or Rajamouli.
