The First Glimpse of 'Maya Petika' was released on Thursday at a special event. Present on the occasion was its main star cast (read Paayal Rajput, Rajath Raghav, Viraj Ashwin, and Simrat Kaur), besides its core crew.
Viraj Ashwin said that the film is going to be a special one for him, while Sunil hoped that the audience will find it engaging. Paayal, who was recently seen in 'Ginna', said that she would want to team up with director Ramesh again and again.
Speaking on the occasion, director Ramesh Raparthi said, "The plot of this film has been written based on the features and social impact of smartphones. Just as a smartphone has got a comprehensive set of features, our film, too, is a wholesome one with all commercial ingredients. I am happy to see my cast and crew here."
Producers Magunta Sarath Chandra Reddy and Tharaknath Bommi Reddy said, "During the pandemic, we came up with the survival thriller 'Thank You Brother'. Thanks to the audience's encouragement, we have now produced the second film. 'Maya Petika' is a cellphone-based movie."
Sunil, Prudhvi Raj, Srinivas Reddy and Himaja are part of the cast.
The film will hit the cinemas soon.
