Allu Studios was inaugurated today in Hyderabad with Chiranjeevi as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, the Megastar said, "Today, we celebrate the legacy of Allu Ramalingaiah garu. Not all artists enjoy the love that he has received. I feel fortunate to belong to his larger family. Allu Aravind garu became a big producer walking in the path of his father. If Allu Arjun and other members of the Allu family are today in the film industry, it is only because Ramalingaiah garu became an actor many decades ago. By setting up Geetha Arts, he showed a path to his son. Allu Aravind garu is not only a successful producer but has also been a financier. I don't think Allu Studios has been made for commercial reasons. Studios don't usually fetch profits. But I hope this Studio fetches profits for the Allu family."
Allu Arjun said, "People might assume that setting up a studio has been so easy for us because we own lands and a banner like Geetha Arts. The purpose we have set up the studio is not commercial. We have set up the studio on expensive land, knowing well that it may not be commercially viable. Yet, we have brought it into existence to fulfill a dream dreamt by my grandfather. It has been 18 years since my father lost his father. Even after all these years, he loves his father so intensely."
The event had in attendance Sirish, Bobby (Venkatesh), Sneha Reddy and others.
