YCP leader Ambati Rambabu, who is the Minister for Irrigation (Water Resources), Andhra Pradesh, today donned the mantle of a cine trade analyst for about an hour. Holding a presser, Rambabu took the opportunity to analyze the arithmetic of 'BRO'.
Speaking to the media, Rambabu claimed that Pawan Kalyan has been paid more than Rs 50 Cr as remuneration for the fantasy comedy. "However, the film might not collect a share of more than Rs 60-65 Cr in its lifetime. 'BRO' is so big a disaster that its collections might not cover even Pawan Kalyan's remuneration. On Monday, it made not even Rs 2.5 Cr share," Rambabu said, holding some papers in his hand as if he was talking about a highly intellectual subject.
The Minister alleged that the makers of the film are trying to stoke controversies in the hope of increasing box-office collections. "They held a success meet for this disaster. At the meet, an artist who parodied me denied that I was made fun of in the movie," Rambabu said.
