Producer TG Vishwa Prasad has said that YCP leader and Minister Ambati Rambabu's loose allegations don't need to be taken seriously. On Tuesday, Rambabu alleged that 'BRO' is indirectly a TDP-funded movie.
"Only People Media Factory and Zee Studios know the financial aspects involved. How much remuneration has been given to Pawan Kalyan garu is an issue only between us. We are answerable only to legal authorities. We will divulge the financial details to agencies while filing GST and income tax returns," Vishwa Prasad said firmly.
The producer said that 'BRO' is a blockbuster with extraordinary collections on the first weekend. "The non-theatrical business, too, was superb," he added.
The producer refused to talk about the specific remuneration paid to Pawan. Rambabu claimed that the actor-politician was paid Rs 50-80 Cr (at Rs 2 Cr per day, depending on the number of days she shot for the movie). Vishwa Prasad argued that there is no reason why he should be expected to talk about the precise figure in public.
