'Nene Naa' features Regina Cassandra in a dual role. A supernatural thriller, the film is slated to be released in theatres on August 18.
Director Caarthick Raju has cast Regina as an archaeologist. Producer Raj Shekar Varma of Apple Tree Studios has previously scored hits like 'Zombie Reddy'.
Starring Akshara Gowda in a prominent role, 'Nene Naa' also features Vennela Kishore, Thagabothu Ramesh, Jayaprakash, Jiva Ravi, Michael, Rachapudi Kaushik and others. Music is by Sam CS, while Gokul Benoy has cranked the camera. Sabu Joseph is its Editor. Super Subburayan has done the stunts. Ramajogayya Sastry has penned the lyrics.
Regina was recently seen as Mrinalini Sarabhai in the SonyLIV web series 'Rocket Boys 2' (Hindi). Last year, the 'Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham' actress shook a leg with Chiranjeevi in the song 'Saana Kastham' in 'Acharya'. Her Tamil film 'Borrder' is also up for a theatrical release.
