For the past couple of days, there have been rumours that Samantha Ruth Prabhu has taken a loan of Rs 25 Cr from an unnamed Telugu hero to make up for the losses she has had to suffer due to Myositis. The auto-immune condition has meant that Samantha lost out on some projects.
The actress, who will be seen opposite Vijay Deverakonda in 'Kushi' soon, reacted to the wild rumour. She wrote that the treatment doesn't require crores of rupees. The 'Yashoda' actress also mocked the media by writing that she was not paid in marbles for all the films she has done in the past.
"Someone got you a pretty bad deal. I am glad I am only spending the smallest fraction of that. And I don't think I was paid in marbles for all the work I have done in my career. So, I can easily take care of myself. Thank you. Myositis is a condition thousands suffer from. Let's please be responsible with the information we put out regarding the treatment," Sam added.
'Kushi', directed by Shiva Nirvana, will hit the cinemas on September 1.
