The makers of 'Guntur Kaaram' have had a not-so-healthy equation with the media and a section of over-enthusiastic Mahesh Babu fans for the past several months. It was the media that first floated the rumour (in 2022) that the film's story and genre were changed after the first schedule. Then the media continued to talk about an alleged dispute between Mahesh and SS Thaman.
In the latest instance, the talk is about Trivikram Srinivas not being able to meet the Sankranthi release deadline. This time, co-producer S Naga Vamsi silenced the media by giving a specific update. "Our film has four full songs and a bit song. We have finished shooting three songs and the one bit song. We are going to shoot the last (full) song from December 21 as per our schedule," Naga Vamsi said.
He added that the gossip about 'Guntur Kaaram' has become monotonous, with fake news coming in now and then. "Gossip mongers need your attention and they are spreading all sorts of fake news just for clicks. They know to which you would react. Just because we are quiet, doesn’t mean whatever they are spreading is right," he wrote, counselling the fans of Mahesh.
