'Dunki' is going to be released in theatres on December 21. Going by a Censor report, this is Rajkumar Hirani trying to step out of his conventional zone and trying a few "uspetting images" and sexualized moments.
Sexualized images in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer feature partially naked women. "There are passing references to stripteases," the report says.
The humour is occasionally "rude" in nature. For example, a male character grabs his crotch when asked where his kidney is located. This is in step with the cute dufus characters written by Hirani.
In 'Dunki', four naive villagers aspire to travel to England without a visa. In the process, they face discrimination, life threats and more.
The comedy-drama, with music by Pritam, also features Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani. The cinematography is by Muraleedharan CK, Manush Nandan, Amit Roy, and Kumar Pankaj.
