Nandamuri Balakrishna's birthday celebrations were held Saturday night at Hyderabad's ITC Kohinoor Hotel. The NTR Centenary Celebrations Committee was specially invited. Chairman Janardhan, MA Sharif, Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, Ashwin, Atluri, Kanthanneni Ravishankar, Katragadda Prasad, Vikram Pula, Bhagiratha, Atluri Narayana Rao, Sripathi Satish, D Ram Mohan Rao, Para Ashok Kumar, Raghuram Kasaraneni, Satish Mandava, KVS Madhusudana Raju and others were in attendance.
The committee previously organized a special event commemorating NT Rama Rao's contributions to his birth centenary in Vijayawada on April 28. TDP supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth, and the 'Bhagavanth Kesari' actor himself participated as guests.
At another event held on May 20, a special edition named Jai NTR (a web portal) was launched.
The programs done by this committee as a part of NTR Centenary celebrations have been incredibly successful, prompting Balakrishna to invite them to celebrate his birthday.
