Aishwarya Gowdaa, who has acted in a number of films as a child artist, is on the rise in Sandalwood. She famously played a child character in the big-ticket 2016 Kannada movie 'Jaguar' (which featured Nikhil Gowda, the son of a former Karnataka CM, as the hero). At a time when she is playing a leading role in the yet-to-be-released 'Rave Party', the budding starlet has bagged 'Engagement', to be released in multiple languages.
Announcing the news, Aishwarya said that it was 'Praveena' (Kannada) that is her breakout movie. She thanked director Raaju Bongaani for casting her in both 'Rave Party' and the yet-to-be-shot 'Engagement'. The latter, she terms, is a golden opportunity.
'Engagement' will be made on a prestigious scale by Bonagaani Entertainments.
As for 'Rave Party', which is also a multi-lingual release, it tells the story of youngsters who have taken to drugs. A political plot point is a significant element in the movie.
