Vijay Deverakonda's movie with director Parasuram Petla went on the floors in July. Producers Dil Raju and Shirish today revealed that the shoot of the untitled film has been completed to the tune of 50%.
Starring 'Sita Ramam' actress Mrunal Thakur as the female lead, the film is firmly on its way to being released in theatres for Sankranthi 2024. The reiteration by Sri Venkateswara Creations comes in the wake of rumours that Nani's 'Hi Nanna' and Venkatesh's 'Saindhav' might choose the Sankranthi slot due to the release of 'Salaar' on December 22 this year.
Cinematographer KU Mohanan of 'Maharshi' fame and 'Geetha Govindam' composer Gopi Sunder are working on the movie. AS Prakash (art director), Marthand K Venkatesh (editor) and others are working on the project.
Besides this project, the 'Kushi' actor is also doing a film with 'Jersey' director Gowtam Tinnanuri. He will also be teaming up with Dil Raju on a film to be directed by Ravi Kiran Kola of 'Raja Vaaru Rani Vaaru' fame.
