Without their knowing, two heroines in recent days have contributed to the widening of a rift between the fans of Telugu and Tamil cinema. We are talking about Keerthy Suresh and Priyanka Mohan.
The 'Mahanati' actress, in a recent interview, chose Thalapathy Vijay and not Chiranjeevi when asked who between the two is the better dancer. As for Priyanka, at the pre-release event of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', she urged SJ Suryah to make 'Kushi 2' only with Pawan Kalyan. This has offended the fans of Vijay, the hero of the Tamil version of 'Kushi' (2000).
Keerthy should have been diplomatic. She should have said that Vijay and Chiru are unique in their own ways. Even so, she doesn't deserve abuse.
On the other hand, Priyanka merely made an innocuous request to Suryah. Just because she thinks only PK can be imagined in a hypothetical 'Kushi 2', does it mean she degraded Vijay?
