*Spoiler Alert*: If you haven't watched 'Guntur Kaaram', stay away from this item. In the action drama directed by Trivikram, Rahul Ravindran plays Gopal Reddy, the adopted son of Ramya Krishna's character Vasundhara. He is the step-brother of Mahesh Babu's Ramana.
While it is revealed that Gopal Reddy is not Vasundhara's biological son, it is not made clear as to whose biological son he is. Rahul today took to social media to say that he is not sure. Saying that he too is not aware whose son his character is in the film, Rahul opined that there is potential for a spin-off story emerging from 'Guntur Kaaram'. "What happens to Rao Ramesh garu and my character after the events of the film? Would make for a unique 'father-son' movie. Dynamite drama potential in there," he wrote.
Rahul then added that a bittersweet drama like ‘Rachel Getting Married’ or even a comedy like ‘Sideways’ could be made from the segment involving him and Rao Ramesh's character. He added that an adventure film like 'Finding Nemo' where Rao Ramesh's character helps Gopal Reddy find his biological parents but the duo end up bonding in the process could be an interesting idea.
