Director Prasanth Varma's PVCU (Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe) will see a host of films being made in the coming years. 'Jai HanuMan' is his next movie. It will be released in late 2025 or early 2026.
'Kantara' hero Rishab Shetty was to play the role played by Samuthirakani in 'HanuMan'. Since he was preoccupied with 'Kantara' at that time, Prasanth Varma couldn't cast him. Rishab Shetty, one of the most popular Kannada actors, will be playing a key role in one of the future PVCU movies.
Director Varma can afford to dream of expanding the scale and horizons of his cinematic universe by roping in star heroes from other languages for non-lead or even lead roles. After all, the scale HanuMan's success is huge and talents from the non-Telugu film industries are going to trust him.
Currently, Rishab Shetty is doing 'Kantara: A Legend Chapter-1'. Producer Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films has plans to release the movie in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali and English.
