It is now becoming clear that Mahesh Babu's film with SS Rajamouli won't go on the floors before November or December 2024. With the shoot not commencing in time, the actor's fans are unhappy.
"Had Mahesh known that Rajamouli's film shoot would be delayed, he would have completed some other project, probably under the direction of Vamsi Paidipally," a fanboy wrote on social media. Before 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' was cemented in early 2020, Mahesh was supposed to team up with the 'Maharshi' director. The script was not up to the mark. So, Paidipally might have come up with a better version of the same if given a chance.
Another theory is that director Anil Ravipudi had an entertainer in mind for Mahesh. Had the shoot of 'Guntur Kaaram' been completed in time last year, this film would have materialized.
Mahesh's fans feel that his time has been wasted. "A mindless commercial film from Ravipudi wouldn't have been a bad idea at all. It is better to have something coming from an actor than nothing. Being away from people's mind space for three years is bad news for Mahesh's fans," a movie buff wrote.
