Telugu actress Hema, who was arrested on June 3 in connection with a rave party raid in Bengaluru, has been granted conditional bail by a special court.
Hema was one of several people taken into custody by the Bengaluru Central Crime Branch (CCB) following a raid on a party at a farmhouse in Electronic City on May 19.
Hema's lawyers successfully argued that she deserves to be out on bail, as there is no harm if she is out. The court approved her release on bail with yet-to-be-disclosed conditions.
Hema, who has been held in Parappana Agraharam Jail under judicial custody, is expected to be released today (June 13).
