In an old interview, Ravi said that Bunny would have campaigned for him in 2019 had a Jana Sena Party candidate not been in the fray. "He is passionate about politics. He has always wanted to publicly support me. Unexpectedly, a Jana Sena candidate was also fielded in our constituency. So, I didn't want to put him in a spot by seeking his support," Ravi said.
Bunny awaits the release of 'Pushpa 2' on August 15 this year.
