The Mumbai-trans Harbour Link, which is also known as the Atal Setu, is India's longest bridge over the sea, stretching over 22 km. On Tuesday, actress Rashmika Mandanna praised the infrastructural glory in a brief interview with a news agency.
Speaking to ANI, the 'Animal' actress said, "Who would have thought that something like this would have been possible? Now we can easily travel from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai. India is moving very fast and growing at a fast pace. No one can stop us now."
The 'Pushpa' actress has been accused of batting for the Narendra Modi government at a time when the country is going to polls. Many Netizens trolled her for doing pro-BJP propaganda by saying that India is growing at a fast clip. "After the two recent terrible incidents (a stampede took place at a railway station on Monday) in Mumbai, very rich of her to make this statement. Privilege is stinking," a Netizen argued.
Rashmika is currently doing 'The Girlfriend', 'Rainbow' and a few other films. 'Pushpa 2' hits the cinemas on August 15 this year.
