Lawrence Bishnoi, the Indian gangster who has been locked up in jail, has been in news for the past few days. It is believed that it is his gang which killed Baba Siddiqui, a political leader and a close friend of the likes of Salman Khan. "He has two dozen criminal cases against him including ones for murder and extortion," a news report says.
Ram Gopal Varma's fans are of the opinion that a well-researched, raw and life-like movie on the Lawrence gang and its activities from the filmmaker will be special. "RGV needs to make a comeback. We haven't seen him in his top-form since 'Raktha Charitra'. A biographical gangster drama on Lawrence would be the right opportunity for RGV to make a roaring comeback," a fan wrote.
"I feel RGV can still make great calls on editing and cinematography, but he needs to get his casting, music choice, and framing right. These elements used to be his trademark but now, it is just a random watermark of his product," Al Pachino, an X user, opined.
Ram Gopal Varma must steer clear of making stupid propaganda movies like 'Kondaa' and 'Amma Rajyamlo Kadapa Biddalu', politically motivated movies like 'Vyooham' and 'Sapatham'.
