BRS leader KT Rama Rao today raked up the 'Devara' pre-release event issue while criticizing the Revanth Reddy government. The former Minister said that the current government, led by the Congress party, is too incompetent to make sure even a film event doesn't face troubles.
"During our regime, such pre-release events used to be conducted smoothly, without any hiccups. Today, we have a government because of which Jr NTR's film couldn't host an event," KTR said. He is the first major political leader to talk about the failed event. Shreyas Media issued a statement saying that 35,000 people reached the event venue while the capacity was just 5,000.
'Devara' is scheduled to be released in theatres on September 27. The makers are planning to hold a grand event post its theatrical release.
