It’s known to all that in Andhra Pradesh, the festive movie season often includes bunch of film releases with tight competition. In this line, Lakshmi Manchu is one of the producers, who is planning to release her forth-coming film ‘Gundello Godari’ (Maranthen Mannithen in Tamil) during the festive season of Dussera. “Aiming at Dassera release for #GG and MM. Wish me luck,” Lakshmi Manchu tweeted.
The bilingual film which is being directed by Kumar Nagendra and produced by Lakshmi Manchu, features Aadi Pinisetty, Lakshmi Manchu, Taapsee Pannu and Sundeep Kishan in lead roles. ‘Gundello Godari’ would be a sober film with melodious music by Ilayaraja. M R Palani Kumar handles the camera. The major part of the film was shot in Rajahmundry where an eco-friendly set was erected with 120 huts in 27 acres of land.
