After a really long gap Uday Kiran is back again, this time with an action film. Featuring ‘Ee Rojullo’ fame Reshma as leading lady opposite him, Balaji N Sai directed the film and Tella Ramesh and N C H Rajesh produced it on Five Star Entertainments. The film is set for release on April 11th to entertain the moviegoers for this Ugadi. According to director Balaji N Sai, Uday Kiran is playing a never seen before character in his career. He is playing a police officer. He had already proved his action skills in ‘Sriram’ while carrying a lover boy image. The story of this film is on revenge backdrop too.
Producers said, “Jai Sriram will showcase Uday Kiran in mass angle. He is playing a powerful police officer. His action episodes will thrill the audience. We imported special lens from Russia for about Rs 40 lakhs to shoot the climax fight. Reshma will be seen as a college girl. Harish Kalyan played a key role. We are making efforts to release the film on 11th as Ugadi entertainer. Our entire unit will take the blessings of Lord Rama in Bhadrachalam on Sunday.”
Other cast is Chalapathi Rao, M S Narayana, Benerjee, Aali, Gautham Raju, ‘Maryada Ramanna’ Prabhakar.
Dhake composed the music, while camera was handled by Arif, stunts by Dragan Prakash and art by Bhaskara Raju.
