Tollywood’s leading actress Anushka in title role and Rana Daggubati as yuvaraju Chalukya Veerabhadra, Gunasekhar is directing India’s first historical stereoscopic 3D film ‘Rudramadevi’ under his home production Guna Team Works banner. Smt Ragini Guna is the presenter. On the eve of Rana’s birthday on December 14, Rana’s first look in Chalukya Veerabhadra get-up was released.
On this occasion director cum producer Gunasekhar said, “Rana’s character in this film will be as per his image and body language. He is taking it as a challenge and essaying it by paying special attention. Costume designer Neeta Lulla (Jodha Akbar fame) was also impressed by Rana personality and ensured that she designs the character’s costumes in a way that would reflect his visual style. Rana’s get-up in this film is sure to widely attract the youth. The love scenes and a song involving Rana and Anushka shot at Kuntala waterfalls near Nirmal in Adilabad district will be special attraction. I’ll come out with many more interesting aspects of this high technical values movie shortly.”
