Journalist cum producer Suresh Kondeti and actor cum writer Raavi Kondala Rao were honored with the Walkers Award in the Walkers International Awards Ceremony held on Sunday evening at Lions Community Hall in Hyderabad. At this juncture Suresh Kondeti and Raavi Kondala Rao expressed their happiness for recognizing their services. Along with the duo dubbing artist Krishnaveni Satagopan also received the honor from Walkers District Governor G V Subba Rao. The awardees were felicitated with shawls and mementos.
After the felicitation Suresh Kondeti said, “I’m successfully running the Santosham weekly magazine and later established as a producer only with the encouragement given by prominent directors and actors. Today I’m very happy to receive this honor amidst my friends and well-wishers.”
Raavi Kodala Rao said, “I came to this function mainly to watch the felicitation to Krishnaveni, who is dubbing flawlessly in six languages. This felicitation is a memorable moment in my life also. I’ve seen several tracks that were laid to walk. However I’m surprised to see the clubs being formed to recognized and honor the talent in the industry.”
Dubbing artist Krishnaveni Satagopan said, “Since I’m born in Tamil Nadu and brought up in Andhra Pradesh, I’m aware of customes and traditions of both the states. I can speak fluently in six languages, nevertheless my father has command over 10 languages. I’m a dialogues devil.”
