‘A Shyam Gopal Varma Film’ starring Shafi in the title role and Zoya Khan in the female lead role, is all set for release on 1st of January. ‘Na Cinema Na Ishtam’ is the tag line. V Vijay Kumar Raju and Rakesh Srinivas are jointly producing the film under Samishti Creations banner with Rakesh Srinivas as the director. Anand has composed the music. On the eve of film’s release producers held a press meet. Hero Shafi, director and producer Rakesh Srinivas, music composer Anand and cinematographer Rahul Srivatsav have attended the press meet.
Speaking at the press meet, hero Shafi said, “I think I performed the title role as per the imagination of the director. All artists and technicians did their bit for the good outcome of the film. I’m very confident that the film will impress everyone.”
Briefing about the film details, director Rakesh Srinivas said, “Censor process is completed. The film will be released on 1st of January as announced earlier. We have screened here the promos which will appear in TVs. I’m sure the film will impress everyone.”
“Cinematographer Rahul has picturized each and every frame wonderfully. The film has ample scope for Re-recording work. Therefore it came out wonderfully. The film will put everyone into a trance,” said music composer Anand.
Rahul Srivatsav said, “Though it is the first film for Rakesh, he has done a tremendous job. He did very hard work for the good outcome of the film. I’m sure the film will become big success.”
Jayaparakash Reddy, Siva Krishna, Jeeva, LB Sriram, Telangana Sakunthala, Surya, Prithviraj, Kondavalasa, Satyam Rajesh, Prabhas Srinu, Narsing Yadav, Gundu Hanumantha Rao, Sivannarayana, Chanti, Vasu Inturi, Soumya and Harish Koyila Gundla and some others are part of the film.
