For the first time in her acting career, Anjali is doing a heroine oriented movie ‘GEETANJALI’. Prominent writer Kona Venkat is presenting this movie which is produced by AVV Satyanarayana under MVV Cinema banner. Raj Kiran is being introduced as a director through this movie.
Kona Venkat said, "Like 'Arundhathi’ to Anushka and ‘Chandramukhi’ to Jyothika, 'Geetanjali' is to Anjali. It's going to be a turning point for Anjali in her carrier. Audience can expect my style of comedy in this. Till now we have seen many horror comedy movies, but this is going to be a stand out film in that genre. Brahmanandam’s characterization will be very different and also a special attraction for this movie”.
Producer MVV Satyanarayana said, "Till now 80% shooting has been completed. We are planning to release the movie in the second half of June”.
Srinivas Reddy is playing the key role and Harshavardhan Rane is playing the guest role. The casting of this movie includes prominent people like Brahmanandam, Rao Ramesh, Madhu Nandan, Shakalaka Shankar, Satyam Rajesh, etc.
