National Award winner Praveen Sattaru is directing a film titled ‘Guntur Talkies’ that features Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Senior Naresh, ‘Jabardasth’ fame Rashmi Gautham, Shraddha Das, Lakshmi Manchu, Bollywood actor and director Mahesh Manjrekar and Raja Ravinder in important roles. The film is being produced by Raj Kumar M under RK Studios banner. Sensational Cinematographer Senthil Kumar’s disciple Rami Reddy is being introduced as cinematographer through this film. Meanwhile, first look which was released recently in Guntur, is receiving good response. The film has completed the shooting part and presently post-production works are in progress.
“After ‘Chandamama Kathalu’, I took up the film ’Guntur Talkies’. As my first film was an award winning film, it increased my responsibility. My earlier film was blended with social awareness element. This film is also blended with social awareness element along with out and out comedy. Sraddaha Das has played the role of Revolver Rani. Shraddha Das as bandit queen will impress everyone from starting to the end of the film. We are releasing the posters related to her role. Sheddha Das will get a break through her role in the film. Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Senior Naresh, ‘Jabardasth’ fame Rashmi Gautham, Shraddha Das, Lakshmi Manchu, Bollywood actor and director Mahesh Manjrekar and Raja Ravinder and each and every role in the film will be very different and thrill the audience. Dubbing works have been completed and presently the film is at final mixing stage. Sricharan has provided excellent musical album. Background score also came out wonderfully. We are planning to release the audio soon. Producer Raj Kumar has made the film without compromising in any aspects. The film came out wonderfully. After completing all formalities including censor, we are planning to release the film in September,” said director Praveen Sattaru.
Other important cast includes: Raghu Babu, Thagubothu Ramesh, Ravi Prakash, Fish Venkat, Jogi Naidu, Giridhar, Pavala Shyamala, Jaya Vani, Apoorva, Snigdha, Karate Kalyani and Allari Subhashini.
