The shooting of a new film titled ‘Kaki’ has been started grandly on June 12, in Vizag. Young producer Pattikonda Kiran is producing the film on Arpitha Creations banner with renowned producer Pattikonda Kumaraswamy as presenter. Father of the film’s producer and renowned producer Pattikonda Kumaraswamy and his entire family members were present at the event. Ashok, Megha Shree and Sruthi Ramakrishnan are being introduced as hero and heroines respectively. Manon M is handling the direction department. Producer’s brother Pattikonda Kishore sounded the clap board, while Smt. Sandhya switched on the camera for the first shot which was canned on producer Kiran and heroine Meghasri. The film which is being made different concept in Telugu and Tamil languages will have all commercial elements.
On this occasion, presenter of the film, Pattikonda Kumaraswamy informs the media, “’Kaki’ is the first film for my son Pattikonda Kiran as producer. I’ve listened to the subject and it is very impressive. The film is very different from all horrorand thriller films which are coming of late. Manon M, who worked as co-director at P Vasu and Vetrymaaran, is being introduced as director through this film.”
“’Kaki’ is being made with love, horror, thriller and comedy elements. Subject came out wonderfully. This is the first film for me as a producer. I request everyone to support me. Director Manon M is a very experienced guy. He is carving out the film as a different horror entertainer. The shooting will take place in Vizag, Hyderabad, Pondicherry and Chennai. The shooting will continue from today and the entire shoot will complete within 50 days without any break,” said producer Pattikonda Kiran.
Director Manon M said, “’Kaki’ is love story blended with horror and thriller elements. Audience will experience a new feel. I’m thankful to the producer Kiran for giving me this opportunity.”
Ronald Raj S Williams shared, “It’s a neon horror film. Hero and heroines along with the director are being introduced through this film. Senior artists are playing key roles in the film. Young producer Kiran has come up with a good story and with perfect planning.”
Ashok, Megha Shree and Sruthi Ramakrishnan are being introduced as hero and heroines respectively. P kiran, Jaya Sudha, Nassar, Yogibabu, Yuvina (Child artist) and Ramesh Pandit are playing important roles in the film.
