Swathi earned good name and recognition by choosing good concept films and with selective roles which have ample scope to perform. She, who’s is tasting consecutive successes in Telugu with the films like ‘Ashta Chamma’, ‘Golkonda High School’, ‘Swamy Ra Ra’ and ‘Karthikeya’ and has also earned good name with Tamil and Malayalam films, became choosy and has been going slow in terms of signing films. Now, she has signed another different genre film ‘Tripura’. A Chinababu and M Rajasekhar will produce this film on Crazy Media banner with Swathi and Pavani as presenters. ‘Geetanjali’ fame Raj Kiran will direct the film.
“We are planning to launch the film on April 6th with formal pooja. The first schedule will takes place from April 13th to April 25th. Swathi will play the title role in this film which will be made with a strong and powerful story. She will play an amazing role in this different genre film which she has not touched so far.
