Swathi earned good name and recognition by choosing good concept films and with selective roles which have ample scope to perform. She, who’s is tasting consecutive successes in Telugu with the films like ‘Ashta Chamma’, ‘Golkonda High School’, ‘Swami Ra Ra’ and ‘Karthikeya’ and has also earned good name with Tamil and Malayalam films, became choosy and has been going slow in terms of signing films. Now, she has signed another different genre film ‘Tripura’. The film is being made in Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. A Chinababu and M Rajasekhar are producing this film on Crazy Media banner with J Ramanjaneyulu as presenter. ‘Geetanjali’ fame Raj Kiran is directing the film. The successful combination Kona Venkat and Raj Kiran of ‘Geetanjali’ in 2014, will repeat their success streak with ‘Tripura’ in 2015 also.
“First schedule of ‘Tripura’ has been completed and in this schedule 40% of talkie part also completed. We are very happy that first schedule has been completed within the estimated time,” said producers A Chinababu and M Rajasekhar.
“We have canned some crucial scenes of the talkie part in Film City and at some beautiful locations in and around Hyderabad with high budget. We have edited and did rush the scenes which were canned till now. It came out wonderfully. Technicians have given lot of support.”
