Chiyaan Vikram, who carved a niche for himself in the heats of Telugu audience with variety films like ‘Sivaputrudu’, ‘Aparichitudu’, ‘Nanna’ and ‘I’, is coming up with yet another experimental action thriller ‘Inkokkadu’. Nayanthara and Nithya Menon will be romancing Vikram in this film, which is being directed by Anand Shankar. It is the Telugu version of Tamil thriller ‘Iru Mugan’. Telugu rights have been acquired by Neelam Krishna Reddy of NKR films. Audio of the Telugu version will be released on August 15 in Hyderabad.
On this occasion, Neelam Krishna Reddy said, “Chiyaan Vikram, glamor queens Nayanthara and Nithya Menon are playing led roles in ‘Inkokkadu’. The film is being made with huge budget, high technical values and visual effects in the combination of Shibu Thameens and Anand Shankar. Along with the star cast, top technicians like music director Harris Jayaraj, cinematographer RD Rajasekhar and Editor Bhuvan Srinivasan and some others are working for the film. Recently release theatrical trailer and songs of Tamil version have got tremendous response from Tamil audience. Vikram, who is known for experimenting with different getups, is going to entertain audience not only as hero, but also in Hijra getup. After watching the trailer, the film’s making values, Vikram style and getups have got very good response. Trailer has got 5 million views and the expectations among the audience are higher post the release of the trailer. Audio of this huge budget film will be released in a grand level on August 15 at JRC Convection Center in Hyderabad on the occasion of Independence Day in the presence of big celebrities in Tollywood.”
