We all know that Pranathi Creations head Kunireddy Srinivas has already bought the dubbing and remake rights of Tamil film ‘Julie Ganapathi’. The film that has Jayaram and Saritha as the lead roles, was directed by Balu Mahendra. Ilayaraja has given musical scores. Meanwhile, the story of Rashmi Gautham’s ‘Charuseela’ is very close to ‘Julie Ganapathi’. Regarding this Kunireddy Srinivas reached High court and petitioned about this issue. He also arranged a press meet regarding this issue. High Court responded to the petition and ordered the film chamber President C Kalyan and other members to watch and give the reports on both the film. The latest we hear is that prominent writer Vijayendra Prasad and C kalyan have watched both the controversial films ‘Charuseela’ and ‘Julie Ganapathi’. Hope the issue will be solved soon.
