Viswadev Rachakonda and Punarnavi as hero and heroine respectively and star producer D Suresh Babu as presenter, a youthful entertainer ‘Pitta Goda’ is being made under Suresh Productions and Sunshine Cinemas banners. Dinesh Kumar and Rammohan P are producing this interesting entertainer with Anudeep KV as director. The film is coming to audience on December 24. On the eve of film’s release, Pranam Kamalakar, who provided music for ‘Pitta Goda’, took some time out of his day to share the film’s details through the media on Sunday.
When asked about what made him say yes to provide music for ‘Pitta Goda’, he said, “When I got a call from producer Rammohan garu to provide music for ‘Pitta Goda’, I didn’t respond to that proposal. Montages of the songs are already ready and therefore the producer asked me to first watch those montages and if and only if they impresses me then only I should say yes. I watched the montage songs and felt that the film has ample scope for music and therefore I said yes.”
“I never wanted to quit from providing music to films. I have been working in the music field since 30 years. I worked with so many music directors right from RD Burman to AR Rahman. I am even working in the music group for the film ‘2.0’ for which AR Rahman is giving music. As I am working with most experienced persons, I have very less number of films which has my own music,” said Kamalakar.
“Of late, for some films, one person is providing music and another person is giving background score. Personally, I don’t like that kind of work. ‘Pitta Goda’ has music and background score by me. The first song in the film will be in Telangana accent. ‘Theeya Theeyani…’ and ‘Jarigene…’ and all are my favourite songs in the film. I am very happy that I got the opportunity to work for a different entertainer like ‘Pitta Goda’. I got a wonderful team. Viswadev Rachakonda, Punarnavi, director Anudeep and producer Rammohan and all artists and technicians in the team have kept their heart and soul for the good outcome of the film,” he concludes.
