Ram Charan on Saturday participated in the Independence Day celebrations of the Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust in Hyderabad. The Mega Power Star was seen wearing a face mask as a precaution against Covid-19.
CCT has been engaged in welfare activities to help patients who are in need of blood and platelets during the ongoing public health crisis in the country. During the lockdown recently, Chiranjeevi gave a call to one and all to donate blood even if it takes extra effort to do so. "Due to the lockdown, patients are not getting blood in a timely manner. We need to put in extra efforts to reach out to the needy," the 'Acharya' actor said. Charan, Srikanth and others donated blood at that time.
