The war between 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' and 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' is no secret. Since the announcement of their release dates, there has been an intense competition between the Mahesh Babu starrer and Allu Arjun starrer. It has got intensified after the releases.
Suffice to say that the battle has turned ugly with the collections posters being released by both the teams. After 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' team announced that their film has crossed Rs.100 crore share mark, the makers of 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' also released a poster claiming that their film has created a Non-Baahubali 2 record by becoming the fastest to reach the Rs.100 crore mark.
Fans have gotten into ugly debates and trolling each other since the release of the posters. Since there are no official tracking sources in the Telugu states, there has always been an uncertainty over the collections announced by the makers. In the U.S., while the Trivikram Srinivas directorial is said to be entering profit zone, the Anil Ravipudi directorial is under-performing.
