The deaths of Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor in two consecutive days shocked many and reports emerged senior actor Naseeruddin Shah too is critically ill and has been admitted to a hospital.
But thankfully, the rumours have been found to be baseless. The 'Dirty Picture' is doing fine and it has been confirmed by his wife Ratna Pathak Shah and son Vivan. With this, the versatile actor's fans have heaved a sigh of relief.
"I thank all those inquiring after my health and reassure them I am fine. I’m at home and observing the lock-down. Please don’t believe any rumours"(sic), Naseeruddin Shah wrote on his facebook page.
