The title track of 'Wrong Gopal Varma', released marking the birthday of Pawan Kalyan, is out. The dedication comes in the context of RGV's beef with Power Star's fans. Written by the film's director, Prabhu (a senior journalist), the song mocks Ram Gopal Varma from the word go. Comedian Shakalaka Shankar is playing the titular role in this parodic comedy.
Releasing the song, Tammareddy Bharadwaj and Damodar Prasad wished Prabhu, also the film's story-writer, all the best. They appreciated that he is doing the film with good intentions.
The song, titled 'Varma Varma Varma, Wrong Gopal Varma, Ila Kalindhi Yemitayya Nee Kharma', makes no secret of its dislike for RGV. The director is projected as an idiosyncratic filmmaker who made some sensible movies in the 1990s but has since dished out two hours of hell every time.
The film's release date is yet to be announced.
