Actor-philanthropist Sonu Sood is admired by many Indians. Mountaineer and cyclist Uma Singh, who has made a name in the arena of adventures, has dedicated his Kilimanjaro victory to the multi-lingual actor. Obviously, it's because the 'Arundhati' actor has won the hearts of millions of Indians with his philanthropic work during the pandemic.
Uma Singh, who recently conquered the top of Africa's highest peak, has spoken highly of Sonu Sood. “For the first time in my life I have met a real-life hero and I want to do something for him. He stood up for our country in difficult circumstances, regardless of his own life," he said, making the dedication.
Reacting to the gesture, the 'Acharya' actor lauded Uma's hard work and determination in scaling the peak. Calling the mountaineer an inspiration for our youth, he said that youngsters can learn a lot from him. What is more, Sonu will be interacting informally with Uma Singh soon in Mumbai.
