'Victory' Venkatesh's next, 'Naarappa', the remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Asuran', will release as a summer special this year. Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film has Priyamani as the heroine.
The drama has action sequences choreographed by Peter Hein. Early last year, an action sequence was shot at Therikaadu desert for 10 days. The episode is going to be a major highlight. Executive Producer Vijay Shankar Donkada has revealed that Venky will be seen in a never-seen-before role.
Karthik Ratnam, Rao Ramesh and Rajeev Kanakala have key roles. Mani Sharma is the music director and Syam K Naidu is the DOP for this movie, produced by D Suresh Babu and Kalaipuli S Thaanu under Suresh Productions and V Creations banners. Vijay is one of the fight masters. Sirivennela, Suddala Ashok Teja, Ananta Sriram, Krishna Kanth, and Kasarla Shyam are the lyricists.
