Nandamuri Balakrishna was today at the Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad to ring in his birthday. As he turned a year older, the actor-politician made it a point to do something noble for the welfare of cancer patients.
"With the blessings of my beloved father Sri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu & mother Smt Basavatarakam Garu, I celebrated my birthday with the staff members. I genuinely am feeling blessed to be able to contribute to the welfare of needy cancer patients," the 'Simha' actor wrote.
Earlier today, Mythri Movie Makers revealed that it would be bankrolling Balayya's 107th movie. Gopichand Malineni is wielding the megaphone. S Thaman is its music director.
Balayya's 'Akhanda', directed by Boyapati Srinu, will head to theatres in August or September.
