'Nuvvante Nenani' is a musical love story that will head to theatres soon. While the movie, directed by Sana Yadi Reddy, completed its production works in 2020 itself, it has been waiting for the right time to arrive at the cinemas.
On Monday, its first lyrical was unveiled by star director Harish Shankar. The 'DJ' maker was all praise for its content. "The director has got a lot of taste when it comes to songs. His films have always had healthy lines and music. The song 'Nammave Cheli' is superb. I appreciate lyricist Varikuppala Yadagiri on this occasion. Sid Sriram has crooned it remarkably," the 'Gabbar Singh' director added.
Starring newcomers as the lead pair, the film is based on true incidents that unfolded in Hyderabad in 2004. "I introduced comedian Ali as a hero with 'Pittala Dora', Deepak and Kanchi Kaul with 'Sampangi' and Sivaji with 'Bachelors'. I am once again introducing new talents with 'Nuvvante Nenani'," Sana Yadi Reddy, who is both the director and producer, said.
The film's songs are out on Aditya Music.
