As has been rumoured, 'Seetimaarr' is not going to release in theatres on April 2. The film, directed by Sampath Nandi, will probably choose another date this Summer.
Producer Srinivasaa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen stated that post-production works are still pending. With the makers running out of time, they have decided to pull out from the Good Friday race.
This is good news for 'Wild Dog', which is the only straight Telugu film in the race. Two public holidays in the space of just four days is going to work in the film's favour. Starring Nagarjuna as ACP Vinay Varma, the film is directed by Ahishor Solomon. Karthi-starrer 'Sulthan', co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, will also expectedly get a decent release now that 'Seetimaarr' is out of the race.
