It has been rumoured that the Hindi version of 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' will skip a theatrical release. While the rumour is silly on the face of it, it has been believed by many netizens to be true.
On Wednesday, Pen Studios, which holds the Hindi rights of the Rajamouli movie, said that the Jr NTR-Ram Charan starrer will be released only in theatres. The banner also said that Alia Bhatt's 'Gangubhai Kathiawadi', which is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, will release only in cinemas first.
Dr Jayantilal Gada, the Chairman of Pen Studios, added that the two movies are magnum opus outings, which are meant only for a big-screen experience.
RRR will not be releasing in October. A new date is expected to be announced soon.
