'Major', starring Adivi Sesh in the lead, has Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi and others in key roles. The release date of the movie has finally been locked. The patriotic drama will head to theatres on May 27 in Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.
"THIS. SUMMER. WILL. BE. MASSIVE. #MajorTheFilm WORLDWIDE on 27 May, 2022. #MAJOR ka promise hai Yeh (sic)," the 'Evaru' actor wrote on Twitter, announcing the date.
The multi-lingual is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. A few weeks ago, a melody titled 'Hrudayama', sung by Sid Sriram, was released.
Bankrolled by Sony Pictures Films India, GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies, the film has story and screenplay by Sesh himself, while dialogues are by Abburi Ravi. Sunil Rodrigues and Avinash Kolla have done the action choreography and production design, respectively.
